Excited that I finished my latest project!

I did pretty well on time having only started the squares while at the tournament about ten days ago. Fifty-six squares and two rows of border make up this beauty! And the hubs has requested a bigger one for himself 🙂 In Spartan blue, of course!

I came across this young man online (I believe he is 13 years old). His mother posted a plea for words of encouragement for her son, who is plagued with suicidal thoughts and struggles with life. His story hit my heart as I remember my own brother who lost this very battle and took his own life June 2011 at the age of 21. So I’ve prayed for Adam, and will continue to pray for him, that he always feels the love of God in every moment. I will be sending this prayer doodle out Monday with the hopes he will remember his creator loves him, no matter what

draw pictures for people in different countries.  This one went to some missionary friends who live in Zacatecas,  Mexico and their sweet new baby boy,  Joel 🙂
